Place was incredibly beautiful, greatly enjoyed the stay.

The location of the property was favourable, in the middle of jackson. The staff were amicable, overall.

Loved how everything was conveniently located - pool next to my room, restaurant right there! And the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious too! And surprisingly, the pool was never crowded, maybe I'm just lucky?

Oh well, the hotel only opened 21 days before my arrival. But hey, any issues I had were fixed immediately when I complained.

I had the most amazing time at this mind-blowing hotel! The rooms were cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the waiter with the beard. The hotel had great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. The pool area was jaw-dropping, and the music playing in the background created the perfect atmosphere. my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Particularly good location in the middle of jackson, great pool. Near a taxi to the main Marina area as well as Bitez. Amazingly comfortable, new-fashioned room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

The hotel had a restaurant, which was great because I definitely didn't want to leave the pool. The WiFi was complimentary, so at least I could post my poolside selfies. I could rent a car, but why bother when everything was within walking distance?

Oh, the joy of having no variety in breakfast! Cheese and bread every morning.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The constant presence of the management made us feel valued and well taken care of, especially Mr. Mustafa, who was a pleasure to meet. It was the perfect getaway, exceeding all expectations, and we can't wait to go back!

New resort with great design. Nice facilities, pool, and restaurant. Good hair and body care products. Delicious dishes at the restaurant. Beautiful balcony. Close to beach, 10-minute walk.

The daily breakfast offers à la carte, continental or vegetarian options. I must say, it's like a symphony of flavors playing in your mouth – each dish was a harmonious blend of deliciousness!

We recently stayed at Helis Suites in Bitez for our family vacation. The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of five. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We especially enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfast that was included. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The hotel's own restaurant was excellent, attracting both guests and outside visitors. The ambiance was relaxing and the food was delicious. The facilities were clean and modern, and the pool was conveniently located next to our room. a fantastic place to stay, especially for families.
